Supervisor, Workforce Administration (Human Resources)

We currently have an opportunity for a Supervisor to join our GBSI Workforce Administration group.
Formed in 1999 to integrate all Warner Bros. employee services into one shared-service organization, Global Business Services Inc. (GBSI) provides payroll, travel and expense, human resources, HRIS, IT and benefits administrative services to the Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies.
The Supervisor, WFA is an ideal position for a team-oriented HR professional who is ready to take on a leadership role. In partnership with another supervisor, this individual will oversee a team of 10-12 Workforce Administrators who are assigned to HR generalist teams across various business units throughout the company to assist with position and employee data management. This will include but not be limited to systems transactions supporting the payroll process, employee performance review programs, termination/separation and severance procedures, and managing global organization charts and headcount reporting. You will have the opportunity to work with our recently implemented, state-of-the-art HR technologies such as Workday (our HRIS) and WorkBrain (our Online Time and Attendance application).
We are looking for college graduates with at least 3 years of human resources experience who are savvy with personnel and payroll data systems. Previous experience using Workday and/or managing teams will be highly preferred. Experience with international HR practices will also be helpful in this role.
