Full Time Unpaid Internship
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks an Intern, HR for the HR ORG Effectiveness department. Warner Bros. Learning and Organization Development department is responsible for the delivering the learning strategy. We achieve this through the design and delivery of enterprise wide learning initiatives and supporting the bespoke learning needs with our Field Organization Development team, through thought partnership and collaboration with Human Resources and the business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide project support and administrative back-up to the Learning and Organization Development team.
• Update our Warner Bros. Learning Network Intranet page, ensuring engaging and compelling content.
• Prepare and update Learning & Organization Development materials.
• Assist in research related projects/curetting learning content.
• Performs other related tasks and special projects as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree in OD/Psychology.
• Must have Office 2016 skills.
• Interest in career Organization Development /Human Resources would be helpful.
• Some office work experience helpful.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Strong Internet research skills required.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint required.
• Must have attention to detail and maintain confidentiality.
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. Must be flexible to meet changing demands and deadlines.
