What part will you play?
We are seeking a Sr. Analyst to join our Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) team. In this role, you will report to the Director of L&OD and will primarily focus on, but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:
• Help to design and deliver learning projects and initiatives that align to enterprise wide organizational and business strategies and practices.
• Develop a strategy and approach to continue to integrate the CHAT initiative (performance management) across the enterprise with a focus on large scale marketing events, learning and development, change management and evaluation.
• Work with Employee Engagement to support WB's employee business resource groups with their development needs and leverage their perspectives to inform our projects and initiatives.
• Develop the WB Mentoring Program in partnership with Employee Enagement.
• Re-design and have responsibility for our New Employee Orientation.
• Develop key metrics to measure effectiveness of business-unit specific initiatives and programs.
• Work with vendors when necessary to deliver enriched development solutions for the business.
• Facilitate enterprise-wide Warner Bros. Learning Network (WBLN) programs.
What do we require from you?
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, psychology, sociology, business administration, education, or related area.
• 5-10 years' work experience, preferably working in a HR/OD role, with proven experience launching learning initiatives/projects.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, web support tools and other HR technology.
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 and proficiency around the MS Office suite
• Experience and expertise in the following areas:
• Facilitation
• Project Management
• Assessment and metrics design and delivery.
