SUMMARY OF POSITION
WCI Global Business Services Inc. seeks a Reporting Analyst for the GBSI HRIS department. The Sr. Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivery of value-added HR and Payroll reports for all of Warner Bros. US and international based employees and legal entities. This position will identify needs and requests of the business and designs, develops, and runs the correct set of reports to meet the needs. This individual will be responsible for providing standard and ad hoc reports out to the enterprise. This group, as part of GBSI, will be responsible for the majority of HR and Payroll report fulfillment to the enterprise. This individual will execute audit procedures to ensure accuracy of reports prepared. He/she will participate in special projects when required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aggregation of sensitive HR data and production of standard, value-added HR and Payroll reports for field teams, line managers and top executives of the organization.
• Design and delivery of customized reports for HR field teams, line managers and top executives of the organization.
• Adhere to the HR data privacy policy and ensure proper data access rules are applied across the HR population with access to HR reports.
• Partners with client as required to understand new report requirements and ensures results meet the business needs.
• Provides clear and concise report retrieval instructions to client as needed.
• Effectively identify and troubleshoot data issues if they arise.
• Partner with MIS to develop complex reports and manage technical issues.
• Participate in various HR projects and deliver the source data needed for the analysis .
• Maintain policies and procedures and desktop procedures related to the areas of responsibility.
• Work on special projects (i.e. Workday) as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field or the equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of Workday reporting required.
• Experience with creating Workday Calculated Fields required.
• Experience with creating Workday dashboard reports preferred.
• Experience with Workday operational experience in HR/Payroll a plus.
• Experience with a large multi-business unit organization a plus.
• Experience in a customer-service oriented environment a plus.
• Experience with technology implementations a plus.
• Understanding of data privacy and international regulations and varying state and regulatory reporting requirements required.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS functional operations, business systems and processes required.
• Strong comfort level with new technologies and systems; High level of ability to understand and use information technology to drive process changes.
• Highly analytical, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make recommendations.
• Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong follow-through skills.
• Must have strong deductive reasoning and problem solving skills.
• Must have strong organization skills.
• Must have proven successful customer service skills and be adept at diffusing difficult situations.
