SUMMARY OF POSITION Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. is seeking an experienced and creative Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team.
In this role you will work directly with the teams who develop the best television content in the industry. In addition to Warner Bros. Television, the group also includes Warner Horizon Television, Telepictures Productions, Warner Bros. Animation and the digital venture, Blue Ribbon Content. Together, these businesses generate industry-leading programming, including The Big Bang Theory, 2 Broke Girls, Arrow, Mike & Molly, Shameless, Pretty Little Liars, The Bachelor and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop strong and trusting relationships with Television Production hiring managers by partnering and collaborating on effective search strategies; create, develop and execute search strategies from concept to completion.
• Continuously identify top talent and collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure the most effective recruitment support; use innovative sourcing channels to identify hard to find passive candidates including social media, diversity resources and networking; conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, technical skills, qualifications, compensation and convert hard to find passive talent through an understanding of the business and employee value proposition.
• Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to identify improvement to recruiting processes including understanding of business requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, assessment and then translating to short, medium and long-term needs
• Ensure the candidate experience is positive for all throughout the recruitment process
• Work in tandem with other Talent Acquisition Leads to develop junior members of the talent acquisition team and collaborate on company-wide initiatives to improve the overall Talent Acquisition function and Warner Bros. employment brand. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or other related professional service function required .
• Professional experience in both ''in-house'' and contingency and/or agency recruitment firms desired.
• Entertainment/Television Production industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
