Our corporate functions, like Human Resources, provide specialized knowledge and expertise to support all of our businesses. In fact, we are currently searching for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our WB Talent Acquisition team.
What part will you play?
The Recruitment Coordinator is a critical part of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting a team of professional recruiters and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruitment Coordinator has also served as a great entry role for individuals interested in becoming professional recruiters.
In this role, you will provide critical support to a team of approximately six recruiters. This includes:
• Schedule often-times complex, multi-layered interviews with hiring teams
• Serve as an ambassador in the candidate experience by greeting candidates and escorting them to various interviews on the studio lot
• Create and update recruitment reports
• Track resumes in our applicant tracking system, Kenexa BrassRing, and our research database, Avature
• Provide sourcing and screening support on an as needed basis
• Post difficult-to-fill roles on a variety of job boards
What do we require from you?
• Bachelor degree preferred
• One year previous recruitment and/or administrative experience highly preferred
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make reasonable judgments consistent with job duties and with company policy and standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
