SUMMARY OF POSITION
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Manager, Organization Development for the EFS-Transformation & Service Management department. The Organizational Development Manager is a member of the Organization Development team (OD) and will be working very closely with the Warner Bros. Global Financial Shared Services Center, Enterprise Financial Services (EFS) .This position will have a dual reporting relationship to the client group (EFS) and the Organizational Development team. The position will be responsible for managing and executing the design and deployment of communication, organizational development, and change management strategies for the EFS client group.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Partner and consult with the leadership team to identify and meet the highest priority communication and talent development needs.?
•
Communication: Partner with EFS Leadership to design broad and targeted communication strategies, plans, and materials. Develop tailored messaging for all key audiences. Develop and execute on all communicaotn plans for EFS employees and their clients.
•
Organizational Development / Org. Change Management: Be able to identify OD and OCM needs within the overall strategy and partner with internal resources on planning and execution of activities.
•
Facilitation: Help facilitate programs, team offsites, key project events, custom learning and OD interventions as needed.
•
Ensure programs are aligned to the overall business strategy, values, key results and core competencies
•
Provide programs that support creating a high performance culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•
Bachelor's Degree required, concentration in communication, organizational development, psychology, business administration, education, or related area preferred.
•
Minimum of 5 years experience creating & implementing communication, marketing, org. development, and change management strategies for global large scale companies Specific experience in the following areas is required:
•
Communication Strategy and Development, Marketing Approach.
•
Organizational Development.
•
Organizational change management.
•
Project management and strategic planning.
•
International.
•
Experience working with tools such as; Powerpoint, Word, etc.
•
Excellent consulting skills, including the ability to establish trust and rapport with key stakeholders, identify underlying needs, and develop sustainable solutions.
•
Experience in the management of large and small scale organizational initiatives.
•
Working knowledge of organization development and large-scale change management methodologies, principles and practices.
•
Excellent verbal & written communication skills with ability to communicate with senior leadership and at any level in the organization.
•
Ability to communicate concisely.
•
Ability to work across domestic and international geographic locations.
•
Ability to think strategically and make sound, data-based business decisions.
•
Strong project planning, project management, and project integration skills.
•
Demonstrated ability to work with colleagues and clients to drive change and influence the adoption of new ideas.
•
Proven exceptional group facilitation skills.
•
Must be able to use a computer with a high degree of proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
