We currently have an opportunity for a Manager, Learning & Organization Development to join our HR Organizational Effectiveness (OE) group.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design and deployment of enterprise-wide and business unit specific Learning & OD solutions and initiatives that improve the overall effectiveness of the Company and its employees. At Warner Bros., we embrace the 70/20/10 Learning & Development model for our enterprise-wide learning proposition, designing and delivering new and innovative solutions tailored to this strategy. As a Learning & OD thought leader and partner, you will work closely with the OD and Change Management teams to identify needs and support course content design for business unit specific programs.
We're looking for someone with at least 5-10 years of experience in creating and implementing learning and development strategies that include the following areas: management and leadership development, OD, change management, and assessment and metrics. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for learning and curating content that enhances the Company's organizational effectiveness. Influencing, collaboration and facilitation skills are key.
