Manager, Compensation Program (Fixed Term - 12 Months)

We currently have an opportunity for a Manager, Compensation Program (Fixed Term – 12 Months) to join our Corporate Human Resources group.
What part will you play?
This position is responsible for initiating various projects and designing new or special compensation programs to address particular market and business related needs. He or she will also provide compensation activities for various WB divisions worldwide, conducting and interpreting wage and salary surveys and recommending changes to ensure company compensation objectives.
What will you do?
• Plan, coordinate, and implement a single or multiple compensation projects, ensuring consistency with goals, commitments and overall organization strategy.
• Participate in the design and implementation of compensation programs, policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage project deliverables, timelines, and communication materials.
• Interact closely with Compensation team, HR partners and/or business representative to ensure accuracy during seasonal audit and validation cycles.
• Provide various analytical activities which include:
• Competitive assessments.
• Benchmarking and salary survey submissions.
• Statistical Analysis.
• Development maintenance.
• Market research.
• Creation/maintenance of support databases.
• Review and provide input on new hire salary offers, promotions, reclassifications, etc for select levels within the organization.
• Researches and responds to various Compensation and Benefits queries.
• Collect, analyze and reconcile data maintained in HRIS or Compensation/Benefits systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
What do we require from you?
• Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred.
• 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior compensation analysis/job evaluation experience required.
• Experience managing projects, managing deliverables and keeping management/stakeholders apprised of progress or issues.
• Demonstrated experience in managing data analysis projects and providing logical recommendations.
• Candidate should be analytical, accurate and detail oriented.
• Computer proficiency with strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
