SUMMARY OF POSITION
WCI Global Business Services Inc. seeks a HRIS Analyst for the GBSI HRIS department. Participate in HRIS related projects as required. Provide severance process support. Provide BrassRing support. Administer the Guild Reporting function for HRIS.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in HRIS related projects as required.
• Provide severance process support.
• Provide BrassRing support.
• Administer Guild Reporting function for HRIS.
• Other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience a plus.
• Must have functional and technical human resources, payroll, or HRIS experience.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or other HR information systems.
• Experience with writing reports and queries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint required.
• Experience working on projects for multiple clients simultaneously a plus.
• Ability to learn & utilize new applications & operating systems required.
• Ability to quickly understand problems and select appropriate resolution required.
• Must have knowledge of relational database management systems.
• Must have demonstrated expertise in consulting with managers, supervisors, & employees.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have strong follow-through skills.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, in a constantly changing environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and all levels of personnel.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pay close attention to details and understand written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and respond to emergencies.
• Must be results oriented.
• Must be adaptable and comfortable in an environment undergoing change.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and extended hours, when required.
