We currently have an opportunity for a Director, Organization Development to join our HR Organizational Effectiveness (OE) group.
In this role, you will support the Company's ongoing evaluation of its organizational health. You will partner closely with HR partners, business unit leadership, and other OE team members to design and implement organization development solutions to critical issues. You will also take great care in supporting talent management activities for your assigned clients groups, which may include identifying key leadership talent, tracking high-potential/high-performing leaders, creating and maintaining development plans and succession plans, and contributing to the Company's annual talent reviews. An emphasis is placed on connecting individual efforts to the larger OE strategy and the Company's business objectives.
We're looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience creating and implementing OD strategies in large organizations. An advanced degree in OD, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or related field is preferred. Paramount to your success are exceptional project management and facilitation skills as well as the proven ability to develop strong and collaborative working relationships with key business leaders and HR partners.
