We currently have an opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our Corporate Human Resources group.
What part will you play?
This position is responsible for providing analytical and audit support to the Corporate Compensation and Benefits team.
What will you do?
• Audit/track HR data in Compensation, Benefits and other systems. Analyze data and create reports as needed.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefit programs. This includes participating in surveys, benchmarking jobs and statistical analysis.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities for Human Resources.
• Reconcile tax and other payments as requested.
• Research and respond to various Compensation and Benefits queries.
What do we require from you?
• 1-3 years of relevant compensation/benefits and/or analytical work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing data analysis projects and providing logical recommendations.
• Experience managing projects, managing deliverables and keeping management/stakeholders apprised of progress or issues.
• Computer proficiency with strong skills in MS Excel (including macros, modeling, advanced data mining, advanced formulas, vlookups, pivot tables and charts, mail merge), MS Access and other data analysis programs, and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with multiple systems with high volume of data, troubleshooting and reporting.
• Analytical, accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information with accuracy.
• Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Workday a plus.
