Responsibilities
• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that educate Cast about Work-Life offerings and deliver utilization goals.
• Optimize current Cast engagement approaches to ensure that they are relevant and effective across a variety of audiences.
• Influence and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders to validate outreach methods.
• Business Liaison with select vendors who offer Cast Work-Life programs and services.
• Manage multiple Work-Life priorities and projects to improve the Cast Experience and drive program results with keen attention to detail, while insuring that deadlines are met. Lead specific work streams and projects with cross-functional teams.
• Support Work Life Manager with development of presentations, stakeholder updates, and evaluating program feedback and recommendations.
Basic Qualifications
• Ability to develop and manage marketing plans to drive program results
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated project management leadership skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Demonstrated strong partnering and influencing skills
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/work streams at one time
• Brand management knowledge
• Ability to understand basic business financial information and data such as survey results to make program recommendations
• Previous experience in leading complex and large projects
• Highly developed Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Project Management software
• Ability to analyze data
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent
