Casting Services Coordinator Ct(Recurring-Seasonal/Casual Temporary)

This is a recurring (seasonal-temporary or ''CT'') position, with no guarantee for a minimum or maximum number of hours weekly, sitting at the Walt Disney World Casting Center in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Interested candidates must be fully-available to work a variety of shifts during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, and occasional evening and weekend shifts during peaks periods.
Responsibilities
This role includes the following responsibilities:
• Maintain accuracy as expected with regard to reviewing internal and external wait lists
• Update evaluations
• Maintaining position lists
• Process wait list offers and internal transfers
• Provide coverage as required by operational need. Develop and maintain productive client relationships.
Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, holidays and overtime
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
• Proven knowledge of WDW Policies and Procedures
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated computer proficiency with SAP
• Proven ability to work in multiple systems
• Proven multilingual skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of collective bargaining agreements
Required Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education
• College degree or equivalent
