Full Time Job
The Vice President, Legal International Business Affairs, position will be based in Stamford, CT and will report directly to the Senior Vice President & General Counsel, supporting the Executive Vice President, International.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and agents
• Responsible for attending and coordinating internal and external business affairs meetings and conference calls
• Manages WWE's TV and Digital contract status report and renewal windows
• Manages WWE's TV and Digital contract expiry document – briefing sales team on current status of existing agreements
• Understands standard WWE and international legal terms and conditions
• Coordinates with various WWE internal departments (finance, TV, AR, Legal, Digital)
• Works with the Sales team and WWE Legal process and completes Deal Memos
• Negotiates with client terms and clauses and exchange redline deal memos
• Receives client signed Deal Memo and processes WWE signatures
• Sends and tracks fully executed Deal Memo to client and legal
• Works on long form agreement and process (same as above)
• Liaise with WWE's external counsel on appropriate matters
Qualifications:
• Training from a law firm dealing with similar industries or previous experience in a Business Affairs/Contract Manager role
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills
• There will be a fair amount of travel with this role
