WWE is looking for a QA intern to join the Media Technology team. WWE has a broad portfolio of digital products across web, mWeb, native mobile applications, game consoles, SmartTVs, and connected devices. The ideal candidate has a background in software development, quality assurance, or is pursuing a technical degree. Our environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and a lot of fun.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be part of a scrum team, attending daily standups and work with the QA team writing test cases, specifically for WWE.com and WWE Apps.
• Run and create tests, manual and automated, in the Dev and QA environments and file issues in Jira (a defect tracking tool)
• Assist with triaging of failed test cases
Qualifications:
• General knowledge of desktop and mobile web sites, as well as iOS and Android applications
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Basic understanding of web sites and mobile applications
• Pursuing a degree in technical discipline
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Team Player
