Learning Objectives and Responsibilities
• WWE's Voice of Customer initiative is focused on ensuring our fans get a seat at the table and we can turn their feedback into actionable insight
• This role will assist with the research, documentation and presentation of the program goals and plans
• This individual will help define the broader strategic vision as well as work on specific elements like a feedback ecosystem, user journey mapping and reporting.
• This individual will also help research best industry practices and overall program ROI
Qualifications:
• Available to work approximately 25 hours per week during WWE's 2017 summer internship session
• Current master's degree or MBA students preferred
• Must be able to work in Stamford, CT
• Able to take initiative and work independently
