Full Time Job
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with WWE Social Media, WWE Network, WWE.com and Digital Video teams to create, support, and promote content for WWE Network
• Assist WWE talent and executives to craft social content for the purpose of promoting new short or long-form content for WWE Network integration
• Coordinate the creation of all required video and graphic assets and ensures their timely approval and implementation
• Manage and implement promotional campaigns to drive viewership, subscriptions, and overall social engagement with WWE Network programming
• Ensure integration of social media content plans within overall marketing goals
• Directly engage the WWE Universe and partners via social media platforms, fostering conversations and relationships
• Monitor/track/interpret/leverage all social media industry trends
• Ability to travel extensively (80% of weekly schedule)
• Ability to regularly work weekends and holidays
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• BA Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
• 1-3 Years of progressive experience in a PR/Marketing, live television production or journalism environment
• Experience managing brand voice, community management, social media content creation, and campaigns
• Track record of innovation and creative thinking
• Proven understanding of social media and its role in business
• Proven experience managing social media campaigns
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment
• Must be organized and detail oriented; strong written and oral communication skills required
• A strong knowledge of WWE TV shows, talent, current and historical storylines a plus
• Must be willing to provide samples of previous social media campaign work
• Frequent travel to WWE events required – both domestic and international
