The Social Media Insights Associate will support the Manager in compiling and analyzing data to deliver robust insights about WWE's social media efforts. The Social Media Insights Associate will be based in WWE's Stamford headquarters as a member of WWE's Social Team.
The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of digital analytics experience, preferably with a focus on social media data. In the role, the candidate will turn data into actionable insights with which the social media editors, producers, and other analysts can build strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize insights tools, such as Sysomos, Social Guide, Facebook Analytics, Twitter Ad Analytics, and YouTube Analytics to produce reporting
• Transform data into a compelling story by synthesizing the key points within the social data and creating relevant reporting for executive leadership
• Provide real-time/on-call social information during live events and special programs
• Analyze program engagement and audience data to select and frame the insights most relevant to content team and executive leadership
• Make recommendations for potential improvements based on insights and analytics
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably with a focus on social media data
• Must be able to work non-traditional schedule
• Well-organized
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Can translate data into easy to understand insights
• Passion for emerging media trends and technology
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, or social sciences
• Working knowledge of WWE TV shows, talent, and storylines a plus
