The SVP of Digital Product Management is a senior leader with portfolio level responsibility for the product strategy, product development, and market success of the OTT video service product offering. The VP of Digital Product Management will work closely with senior management and the digital team to effectively execute against digital initiatives including WWE Network, WWE.com, mobile engagement, and live event engagement.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, dynamic, multidimensional digital executive, strategic and tactical in nature, hands-on in style, technology savvy, and skilled in both product development and operations with a P&L focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the product vision and strategic development process including product roadmap development and periodic review process for WWE Network and digital media
• Perform market research, market validation and whitespace analysis to identify new opportunities for existing and new features and functionality
• Foster close relationships with all key market constituents to validate product strategy and roadmap
• Understand the thorough business case for proposed products and initiatives, including cost/benefit estimates, market trends, competitive and risk analysis, industry best practices and product development timelines
• Plan, prioritize, and manage the product features and requirements from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize revenue and meet operational, financial and corporate objectives
• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure consistent execution of product plans that result in product delivery on time and in budget
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure go-to-market strategies, plans and activities are aligned with the company's business drivers
• Work closely with senior management and business heads, keeping them informed of plans, strategies, major business issues/challenges and progress to make sure that all stakeholders are party to the recommendations
• Be both strategic and tactical in your leadership of the product development team
• Have responsibility for budgeting, staffing and other related resource allocation matters as they pertain to product management
• Envision and define the future state of WWE Network, focusing on features that deliver real customer value and drive subscriber retention
• Leverage extensive A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize the discovery and acquisition process for WWE Network
• Manage strategic financial decisions regarding investment in capital and resources and follow through on budgets, costs and resources
• Engage leadership to develop and execute action plans to address gaps
• Take a ''fan first'' approach to all WWE digital experiences
Qualifications:
• 10 years experience in the digital space, VP level or above;
• A background in a media company or related business environment
• Extensive understanding of usability and user experience best practices
• Extensive experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions for building best in class digital products
• Experience building enterprise class software products for a global audience
• Superior diplomatic and consensus building skills
• Extensive experience defining digital content experiences (experience with subscription based products a plus)
• Ability to evaluate, analyze and interpret the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge of all digital channels and platforms (e.g., web, mobile, console, connected device, social, video)
• Thorough familiarity with technologies utilized in the industry and the ability to see their impact on revenue and the bottom line
• Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable way and to translate ''tech speak'' into layman's terms
• Ability to overcome internal barriers and resource constraints in order to produce successful digital initiatives
• Experience in assuring the ''trains run on time''
• Superior leadership, management, communication and presentation skills.
• Decisive; capable of articulating strong points of view and making decisions while demonstrating a collaborative attitude and approach
• Prior experience driving 3rd party vendors to deliver results and market adoption
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle development
• A proven ability to establish credibility, influence and effective working relationships with key peers and stakeholders.
• Comfortable interacting and partnering at the C and executive levels across the organization
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and rapidly changing environment, achieving quality results in challenging conditions.
Recommended Skills:
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• MBA preferred
