Full Time Job
The Senior Data Analyst, Ad Operations will be responsible for supporting internal stakeholders through quantitative analytics, specifically with respect to WWE's digital advertisement operations. This role will be responsible for digital ad analytics, reporting and analysis, media intelligence, automated dashboards, scorecards, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with various business groups, including Sales, Technology, Finance, Business Development, and Senior Management to set the learning agenda for Ad impression performance and viewership
• Analyze digital data to draw insights to drive critical decision making
• Assist with the coordination of data collection from point of origin which may include contacting various vendors/agencies outside the company to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or obtain missing data; responsible for data quality and integrity
• Assist in the development of KPIs, dashboards, models, and solutions to help build out the analytics platform
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports measuring Ad performance
• Leverage data to guide Sales and Strategy Leadership to maximize revenue potential and to achieve annual revenue targets
Qualifications:
• 3 years of related experience
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals of omni-channnel marketing, including paid media, social media, online advertising, CRM, retail/eComm, and web design/user flow and understanding of ad unit types across desktop, mobile, and across different creative types
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data from standard platforms such as Omniture/Google Analytics/DFA/DART and experience in television, consumer mobile/internet, online/mobile gaming, and/or OTT content data analytics a plus
• Basic technical knowledge of Coding/HTML to help QA ads and ad tagging
• Experience with online attitudinal and behavioral measurement vendors/tools (e.g. comScore, Nielsen, Dynamic Logic, etc.)
• Strong skills in SQL, as well as Business Intelligence, data and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Cognos, Tableau, etc.)
• Exceptional analytical ability and sound business judgment
• Comfort manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, highly dimensional data from varying sources
• Able to synthesize and communicate complex qualitative and quantitative data using data visualization
• Advanced critical thinking skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders, and complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
• Bachelor degree in quantitative discipline (Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.)
