Full Time Job
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and stay up to date on industry news and trends, specific companies and external executives, pop culture icons and popular events, etc. Compile weekly briefs to highlight partner and industry news. Compile executive research into meeting materials to be used by CBO (Chief Brand Officer) and Brand team.
• Manage influencer database with regular updates to ensure partners receive timely communications from CBO and are invited to WWE events in their local markets. Conduct research on key influencers and brand champions.
• Provide social media support for CBO, which includes but is not limited to:
• Daily monitoring of CBO's Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts
• Post approved messages across platforms
• Track performance and user engagement
• Support the creation of assets for profile design
• Help identify priorities to highlight on a monthly basis
• Track partner and breaking news
• Help identify CSR/''Hero'' stories to highlight
• Prepare social media briefs for upcoming special events
• Support creation of an e-newsletter that highlights company news, community events and partner initiatives, to be distributed to key business contacts, employees, and state/government officials on a quarterly basis.
• Update database of WWE company talking points and statistics, and collaborate with other business units to obtain requested information.
• Work with Creative Services to update presentation materials with relevant and up-to-date company stats.
• Provide support for branding and marketing campaigns, including conducting research on best practices and industry standards.
• Track CBO/Brand goals and activities.
• Track WWE award nominations and wins.
• Support planning of partner hospitality and special events.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience in Marketing and Communications
• Experience with social media platforms, i.e., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Strong time management skills, ability to work effectively under short deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task while still paying close attention to important details
• Proactive, self-starter, with a ''pitch in'', ''roll up your sleeves'' attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong research skills
• Ability to take direction and adapt performance to feedback
• Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
• Must be a trustworthy person who can maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field of study
