WWE, an integrated media organization and recognized leader in global entertainment, has an exciting opening for a Research professional to join our Marketing team at the corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT. The Research Manager will develop, execute, and manage research efforts, providing qualitative and quantitative insights and recommendations relating to business and marketing goals and strategies.

Responsibilities:
* Manages all existing research relationships including Nielsen and MRI
* Acts as liaison to the research department of WWE's priority partners with emphasis on existing network partners: USA and UPN
* Compiles and distributes weekly national and metered market ratings information, along with quarterly reports illustrating demographic and psychographic makeup of television audience
* Spearheads the development of a presentation that can be used for all external sales efforts and updates the document on an ongoing basis
* Educates WWE on threats and opportunities to its collective business and that of specific departments
* Identifies and exploits opportunities to introduce relevant research and/or research tools to WWE with emphasis on purchase behavior, fan demographics and psychographics, and pay-per-view information
* Develops new internal education programs
* Takes a proactive role managing and directing weekly internal and external update reports/newsletters
* Proactively support WWE's Advertising Sales, Partnership Marketing, Consumer Products, WWE.com, Finance and Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications on sales efforts and/or communication strategies
* Supports Finance and Investor Relations as needed for quarterly and annual earnings releases
* Works with Corporate Communications on statements for press releases and company highlight statements
* Supplies local market ratings data and affiliate changes to Live Events department
* Keeps current with WWE programs, characters, storylines, products, and overall pop-culture trends
Qualifications:
* 5+ years television research experience with cable network, broadcast network, syndication provider, rep firm or media agency
* Fluent with Nielsen Galaxy (Explorer & Navigator), NPower, and MRI
* Experience with primary research a plus
* Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively with all levels of management within and outside the company
* Proactive
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Bachelor degree
