WWE has an exciting opportunity for an organized Media Assistant to join our TV Production team in Stamford, CT. This position will be filled on a temp-to-hire basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and organize Media Library tape storage
* Review, evaluate and catalog old footage
* Monitor tape degaussing (erasing)
* Locate tapes for producers on an as-needed basis
* Order and manage tape stock supply
* Get lunch for team members and handle Reception as requested
* Keep current with WWE programming, products and services
Requirements:
* Work experience in a library a plus
* WWE product knowledge preferred
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
* Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented
* Able to learn systems quickly
* Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed
* Valid Driver's license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
* Bachelor degree preferred (Communications, Library Science, or related degree a plus |
