Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize all media tape storage
• Review, evaluate and catalog old footage
• Monitor tape degaussing (erasing)
• Locate tapes for producers on an as-needed basis
• Order and manage tape stock supply
• Handle offsite storage callbacks and deliveries
• Create unique Filename Id's and update metadata as needed
• Update inventory spreadsheets
• Receive all media library invoices
• Handle reception as requested
• Keep current with WWE programming, products, and services
Requirements:
• Work experience in a library a plus
• WWE product knowledge required
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented
• Able to learn systems quickly
• Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed
• Able to lift boxes up to 50lbs
• Valid Driver's license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
• Bachelor degree preferred (Communications, Library Science, or related degree a plus)
