The Manager of Enterprise Systems will provide hands-on management of operational enterprise applications covering a wide range of business areas including TV Broadcasting, International TV, Live Events, Talent, Travel, Marketing, Sales and Legal. Primary responsibilities include managing technical activities of enterprise systems including operational functionality, support, maintenance, and deployments of upgrades/releases of these applications to ensure system integrity and availability of mission critical platforms.
The role will interact closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders for application upgrades, enhancements and new functionality based on evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. The Manager of Enterprise Systems must be well versed in corporate technology solutions and supporting technologies and have a demonstrated history of metrics-based management. The role will have responsibility for managing enterprise systems staff, input on IT strategy, and will have additional tactical execution roles and responsibilities. This position requires a hands-on leader with sound knowledge of business management and enterprise application practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Technology liaison to various WWE departments including TV Broadcasting, International TV, Live Events, Talent , Travel Marketing , Sales and Legal
• Work closely with business leaders to solve operational issues and problems through the use of information technology and process redesign
• Provide maintenance, support and upgrades for all operational enterprise applications and underlying infrastructure tier owning support SLA's
• Develop consistent reporting and Service Level Agreement (SLA) management approach
• Ensuring maintenance and version of applications keeping on top of technology releases, new functionality, risks and bugs fixes/patches
• Responsible for application change management processes including code migration, database change management and data management through the various stages of the development life cycle and change control
• Manage the SDLC standards for all development, QA and production changes for the application team
• Motivate, lead, and develop a team of diverse individuals with a variety of experience levels and skill sets consisting of Programmers and Analysts
• Manage budgets for operational applications identifying opportunities for ROI, reduction in expense and re-negotiating contracts
• Responsible for Disaster Recovery for all operational applications, including disaster recovery planning, training, and documentation ensuring redundancy onsite and offsite.
• Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures
• Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, best practices, and policies and procedures, including SOX & PCI
• Manage vendor relations ensuring selected vendors are providing optimal service and cost.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of enterprise systems analysis and implementation experience supporting full life cycle systems with/for a public company
• At least 2-3 years of team development and management experience
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
• Master degree in IT or Business related major a plus
