Full Time Job
WWE is seeking a Manager, International Marketing to support all international marketing activities including WWE Network, marketing communications, cross-promotional campaigns and brand promotion. This position will enable you to work directly with our International Offices and US based teams as well as external agencies and key clients. Working closely with the VP of International Marketing, this is a critical role in the team with a genuine opportunity to develop and grow as the business expands.
Responsibilities
• Take initiative to amplify brand stature and support overall brand revenue growth in WWE's international markets.
• Execute email and other media marketing programs aimed at acquisition and retention of WWE Network Subscribers.
• Coordinate the Marketing and Creative process with internal and external partners to provide project management support on creative and copy development.
• Monitor programs of other streaming services and keep current on industry best practices with regards to subscriber acquisition and customer communication/retention.
• Develop marketing materials for each International office to support local initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with external marketing agencies, media, partners and local associations.
• Develop and distribute International marketing newsletters supporting multiple lines of business.
• Develop global and local cross promotional campaigns incorporating WWE Network, programming, consumer products and WWE Studios, fully executing from creative assets to deployment to reporting results.
• Provide on ground support where needed for event and talent management under Director's supervision
Qualifications
• 5 years marketing experience ideally across multiple international territories and media platforms
• Experience in email marketing/database segmentation preferred
• Experience developing innovative and creative marketing concepts and programs that resonate with consumers
• Strong analytical ability, promotional understanding and presentation skills with a creative flair to achieve results
• Very comfortable with mobile email platforms and responsive design
• Experience in project management to include the ability to lead/prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior leaders, as well as the ability to successfully partner with employees across all levels and lines of business
• Understanding of event management and talent handling
• Ability to multi-task across a complex matrix organization
• Demonstrated understanding of the WWE brand
• University Degree or equivalent qualification
• Able to work flexible hours including some nights and weekends based on business need
• Willing and able to travel as needed for business- approximately 5% travel required
