Live Event Marketing Coordinator

World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Live Events team at the Corporate HQs in Stamford, CT. We are looking for an organized, proactive, energetic professional to coordinate activities and projects, and to support the Live Event Marketing team.

Responsibilities:
* Manage department’s creative production schedule for print ads, posters, flyers, billboards, web banners, etc
* Coordinate and distribute weekly travel plans for Marketing Reps
* Carry out special research projects, including comparative analysis of ticket prices for various sporting events vs. WWE Events, e.g. First Day Ticket Sales Analysis Report
* Manage social media postings and submissions (may include writing copy for posts)
* Maintain accuracy of the promotional schedule for Canadian live events with in house TV production, updating for revisions, etc.
* Provide live event information for Live Event Graphics, TV and wwe.com promotional priorities.
* Assist with the complimentary ticket management process including approvals and fulfillment.

Requirements:
* Minimum of one- two years of administrative experience (Live Event industry preferred) Strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, customer service, and project management skills
* Proven successful business experience effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while still paying close attention to detail
* Can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor, and willing to ''roll up sleeves'' as needed
* Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet savvy
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience (Marketing or related major a plus)
