WWE is looking for a passionate, driven, and creative professional to join our Live Event Team. This candidate will help propel our world-class Live Events, entertaining The WWE Universe around the globe.
This candidate will be expected to produce and help coordinate many of the WWE Live Event elements within the entire experience for our guests. The candidate will be formulating a weekly plan for our hosts, announcers and creative ideas to implement within our shows.
While preparing to support the WWE brand during the week, this role is expected to be in charge of all the creative assets involved in the WWE Live production from doors opening until the last fan leaves the arena. At the events themselves, this candidate will be calling everything from video cues, audio cues, spotlights, pyro, announcers, and more.
The Live Event Producer is a remote position where domestic and global traveling is required. A valid driver's license and passport is necessary. The standard travel requirement will vary depending on which brand you may work in any given week. There will be occasional extended times of travel up to two weeks for international tours and large domestic events.
This candidate should be someone who can lead a team while being a team player within the many characters and personalities of the WWE. This role requires strong technical acumen and expertise to handle intense, live-event situations.
This candidate must have working knowledge of TV workflow, working very closely with the Live Event Technical Team. This candidate needs to be ready to use quick, creative decision-making.
This candidate will be expected to work with NXT and WWE in all facets of the business. This includes working heavily in the auditioning and training of hosts and announcers.
This candidate must have 10 years of Live Event experience.
Additional Live Event Producer duties include, but are not limited to:
• Managing WWE media on a weekly basis
• Producing video shoots
• Working with WWE SuperStars
• Complete knowledge of WWE and NXT TV telecasts' story lines, characters and entrances
• Requesting various production assets for shows and tours
• Collaborating with other WWE Producers
• Teaming up with WWE Agents
• Following rundowns to help promote storylines and characters
• Working on promotions to help support partnerships and branding
• Weekly phone calls
• Supporting merchandise initiatives
• Post show reporting
