Overview:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting internal stakeholders by using data collection, standardization, aggregation, reporting, and quantitative analysis processes. This will include obtaining data from internal/ external sources, researching and resolving any inconsistencies and reporting the data to end users. This role may also include designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting reporting/quantitative processes by data analysis and helping to automate these processes.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the collection of data from point of origin; this may include contacting various groups outside of WWE to obtain data.
• Analyze data to identify missing, incomplete, or invalid information. Contact originators of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Ensure accuracy of source data by running quality checks; perform statistical analysis to establish accuracy of data entered.
• Manipulate, standardize, consolidate, and enter data into various proprietary databases. Help to automate collection of this information..
• Assist in designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting research reports and quantitative processes.
• Interact with various business groups outside of analytics, including technology, finance, marketing, business development, and senior management.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of weekly and monthly reports measuring the performance of the WWE Network
Qualifications:
• Experience with Microsoft Office and intermediate knowledge of Excel is required.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex qualitative and quantitative data. Critical thinking required.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal skills; ability to communicate clearly and confidently with key internal stakeholders.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• BA or BS
