The IT Systems Engineer will require extensive experience in administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange server. The individual will be responsible for account creation, group policy management, mailbox management, mail routing, email services, and Active Directory integrated DNS administration. As part of the IT Infrastructure team, the engineer will also own the management of the Infrastructure ticket queue, provide metrics, and formulate SLAs on ticket requests. The ideal candidate will focus on performing the following functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Primary management of Active Directory including all account provisioning/termination, Group Policy creation, and OU maintenance
• Assist in management of Exchange 2010 on premise and Office 365 management and administration including basic PowerShell scripting experience
• Microsoft SCCM administration including Windows and Office security updates and application package creation and deployments
• Primary management of Infrastructure IT ticket queue including following up on open tickets, ensuring all tickets assigned and resolved in timely manner, escalation, and follow-up
• Active Directory and external Bind DNS availability and administration including establishment of vanity URLS , purchasing of registered domain names and SSL certificates
• Maintain external WWE.com and internal wwecorp.com email servers and internal mail requests
• Skype for Business management and administration
• Microsoft OneDrive administration
• Develop, implement and manage SSO processes that support and enforce organizational access management policies utilizing Okta when possible
Qualifications and Experience:
• This position requires a highly organized and dynamic individual able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment with the ability to prioritize and support multiple project/tasks at the same time
• 3 years of Windows Server administration including Active Directory, IIS, DNS< and DHCP services.
• 2 years of Microsoft Exchange administration including mailbox creation, public folder administration, OWA/EAS management. Extensive mail routing knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office 365 experience and administration
• OKTA administration for single sign-on
• DNS experience –BIND and AD
• Level 3 Systems and Network trouble/request ticket resolution
• Cisco/Tandberg Telepresence management
• Microsoft SharePoint experience
• University/College education or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
