Human Resources Assistant (Temp)
Exciting opportunity to join WWE's Human Resources team in a broad-based, temporary HR Assistant role located at our Stamford, CT headquarters.
This position will offer experience with various aspects of Corporate Human Resources as well as a possible way for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter to get his/her foot in the door at a growing, global entertainment company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the administration and execution of various HR programs and initiatives such as performance management, new hire orientations, employee relations, rewards & recognition, and team-building initiatives
• Assist with on-boarding new hires and off-boarding employees leaving the company
• Manage the administration of WWE's org charts, tuition reimbursement program, employment verifications, and various other programs and procedures
• Update and maintain WWE's HRIS - Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) system
• Provide general support to the HR team, handling phones, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Serve as a helpful resource to assist employees, vendors, and partners with requests and questions
• Help team members with HR recordkeeping and reporting
• Complete other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of administrative work experience in a corporate environment
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while still paying close attention to detail
• Can-do, proactive, flexible attitude and demeanor with good level of business and common sense
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Able to work Mondays through Fridays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Bachelor degree (Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications or related field of study preferred)
