Full Time Job
The primary focus of the HRIS Manager is to be WWE's HR functional leader for Workday and any additional HRIS software and solutions. This position manages project plans, prioritization, and coordination of Workday roadmap initiatives with various key stakeholders within HR, Payroll, and the IT departments. Additionally, this role manages system configuration changes and testing, analysis of business processes for effectiveness and process improvement, and system interfaces (e.g., Payroll, Benefit carriers, etc.).Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead coordination of HR, Payroll, and IT teams on a variety of activities within Workday / HRIS upgrades, roadmap initiatives, and other HR processes (e.g., performance/comp cycles, benefits, recruiting, and payroll interface)
• Oversee business processes and configurations within Workday and ensure 'fit for purpose' with key stakeholders and the HR team
• Recommend and drive Workday / HRIS process improvements and solutions and other transformational initiatives from testing to implementation
• Collaborate with project resources for testing, including development of test strategy documentation, creating test scripts, coordinating resources, compiling test completion metrics, and test script execution
• Proactively research and find solutions to business needs by leveraging Workday Community, third-party implementers, and other resources
• Manage and provide guidance to HRIS Analyst
• Provide production support for the Workday platform and ensure business processes are maintained in a non-disruptive manner
• Use understanding of system setup, interdependencies, and data flows to report and track data and identify issues
• Liaise with IT on HRIS change management process and ensure that all required approvals are obtained prior to any configuration changes
• Provide guidance on the design, development, testing, and implementation of support and enhancement of Workday Security, in partnership with WWE IT
• Develop and support a variety of reports using the appropriate tools and dashboards
• Develop training aids and other forms of documentation to build understanding and support for system processes
• Provide updates on status of Workday / HRIS roadmap initiatives highlighting areas of risks
Qualifications:
• Ideally, a minimum of 1-3 years of practical Workday HCM experience; additional HRIS experience a plus
• Experience with HR operations and project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Advanced Excel, and strong PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and database skills
• Able to work independently, perform against tight deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Strong self-motivation balanced with a desire to achieve team goals
• Able to work effectively with and influence cross-functional teams within HR
• Able to develop others in quality systems/knowledge that supports operational excellence
