Full Time Job
The Global Mobility Manager will work with and support the Legal Affairs department to manage the global mobility process and ensure that WWE successfully meets all Talent and employee requirements regarding international travel, immigration, and work authorization compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all work authorization, immigration, and international travel compliance pertaining to international tours and business trips
• Assist foreign-born Talent in obtaining necessary permits, visas, green cards, etc.
• Assist employees and Talent with passport requirements, employment sponsorship/visas, etc.
• Manage import/export of cameras and production gear
• Execute immigration processes and maintain immigration controls
• Coordinate communications with law firms, government agencies, and tour promoters
• Recognize and escalate immediate compliance concerns
• Maintain compliance requirements for operational procedure manuals
• Advise business leaders regarding timing of immigration processes and relevant business impact
• Track visa expiration to proactively initiate renewals and to proactively mitigate business risk
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in global mobility compliance including at least two years of full ownership of the immigration process from pre-hire through Green Card
• Knowledge of P1, H1, and O1 visa processing
• Experience in international travel planning and related compliance needs
• Understanding of international relations and prevailing international landscape
• Able to keep information confidential
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Able to travel occasionally as needed, generally within the NY Metro area (e.g., consulates, government offices, etc.)
• 24/7 on-call availability as needed including occasional nights and weekends
• Spanish, Mandarin, and/or other international language skills (in addition to English) preferred
• Bachelor degree required; Master degree a plus
