Talent Relations Intern Learning Expectations
• Understand the dynamics of talent marketing, talent development, professional development of an athlete, recruiting and being a “talent advocate”
• Gain experience working with multiple departments
• Learn to conduct research projects and present findings
• Experience proper business etiquette in a fast-paced corporate environment
Responsibilities:
• Create and update in-depth Talent Bios and Talent Marketing Materials
• Participate in various research projects on Talent demographics, histories, skills, attributes
• Find Extra Talent with very specific attributes and requirements to work WWE Events as needed
• Assist in creating event marketing materials for Talent
• Observe and help execute a Talent appearance (if possible)
• Conduct research on ways to recruit Talent for potential hire as a WWE Superstars in various international markets
• Assist with categorizing of WWE Archives
• Various other projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Intern should be a college sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student during the 2014 Fall Semester
• Student must be able to provide proof of school credit eligibility (unofficial transcript, course catalog page, note from faculty advisor or career center staff)
• Candidate must be able to work in Stamford, CT
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently
• People-oriented
