Creative Services Intern Learning Expectations
• Project management
• Print production
• Trafficking jobs
• Working with varied personalities in a work environment
Responsibilities:
• Assist with facilitation/progress updates of projects submitted as Creative Requests to Creative Services
• Help maintain production schedules for the progress of multiple, concurrent, deadline driven projects through all phases of design until projects are given to the Project Manager
• Proactively monitor upcoming deadlines
• Support routing of jobs for approval
• Assist with the sending of jobs to vendors for printing
• Aide with closing and filing of completed jobs
Qualifications:
• Intern should be a college sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student during the 2014 Fall Semester
• Student must be able to provide proof of school credit eligibility (ie: unofficial transcript, course catalog page, note from faculty advisor or career center staff) Please attach proof of eligibility to application before completing
• Candidate must be able to work in Stamford, CT
• Major in Graphic Design or other Creative Services related major
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
