Overview:
Responsibilities:
• Lead and contribute to projects which research, evaluate and recommend potential growth strategies to build on WWE’s current business, including expansion into new geographies, markets and related businesses
• Analyze quantitative (e.g. market analysis, consumer trends, economic conditions, etc.) and qualitative (e.g. objections, competitive strategies, winning applications etc.) market feedback to establish strategic and tactical measures, which ensure on target performance or above
• Deploy and manage operational performance metrics, processes to track performance of initiatives, and capabilities to capture cross-regional learning and best practices
• Work closely with the International Executive team, regional General Managers, and cross-functional line of business resources to decide WWE’s international direction, including a full evaluation of existing WWE markets and the assessment and prioritization of new and emerging market opportunities
• Own the development of and institute best practices around the International team’s knowledge management capabilities – establish yourself as the ‘single source of truth’ for critical reporting and research capabilities across all lines of business
• Provide analytical and program management support for critical workstreams related to the rollout of the WWE Network in select international markets
• Effectively build relationships and collaborate with team members across multiple lines of business and geographies
Qualifications:
• MBA required with minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in top-tier strategic consulting, corporate media, international strategic planning/corporate strategy, or business development
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability with exceptional, crisp, persuasive oral and written communication skills driven by solid business logic
• Strong planning and organizational skills including the ability to work effectively across multiple projects
• Ability to excel in both supporting and leadership capacities as appropriate given the needs of an individual project
• Outstanding ability to build consensus around decisions or effectively lead discussion towards decision
• Strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives, as well as the ability to work with senior leaders – ability to quickly establish oneself as credible with Executive Management
• Finally, this individual must be self-motivated, able to independently structure and lead complex analyses, and possess a positive can-do attitude
• This position will require international travel
