Details: WWE, a recognized leader in global entertainment, has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on compensation, benefits and HRIS leader to join our team of professionals at the corporate headquarters in Stamford, CT. This individual will oversee WWE's compensation and benefits programs, manage internal and external staff (e.g. Benefits Manager, Assistant, and various Consultants) and provide communications, guidance and support to both internal and external parties, including WWE's Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage WWE's domestic and international compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs and systems including, but not limited to:
* market pricing, benchmarking, salary surveys
* base salary components
* incentive plans
* commission plans
* equity programs (Restricted and Performance Stock Units along with ESPP and Stock Ownership Guidelines)
* health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts)
* disability, life and AD&D
* 401(k) savings plan
* other ancillary benefits such as travel insurance and commuter tax benefits
* tuition reimbursement plan
* Manage performance and salary review process and systems
* Manage communications regarding WWE's comp and benefits programs
* Manage executive and board level compensation
* Manage meetings materials for internal Benefits & Investment Commitee, and external BOD's Compensation Commitee
* Assist Legal with all SEC filings and year end proxy information
* Regularly review current offerings, make recommendations to keep programs contemporary and competitive, and drive implementation of approved changes
* Partner with healthcare provider and consultant to strategically design and implement new wellness programs to inform and assist employees in living healthier lifestyles
* Support and/or manage various ad hoc projects such building data models and tools for a variety of business and HR-related issues and evaluating, designing and automating business and HR processes to improve work efficiencies

Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits within a corporate environment
* 3+ years of experience managing compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs and staff within a global business environment
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
* Working knowledge/familiarity with JDE, TM1 and/or other database systems a plus
* Excellent leadership, managerial, communication (verbal and written), presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Strong problem solving, project management and customer service skills
* Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or related field of study
* MBA / Master degree preferred
