Full Time Job
For WWE's business outside of the USA, this position will explore, develop, and recommend approaches for driving international growth, as well provide analytical support and project oversight to the International Executive team.
This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can bring strong operational experience and analytical capabilities to a fast-paced, matrix environment. The ideal candidate will help further the business by providing objective in-depth analyses of key business drivers, establishing and monitoring KPI's, and developing recommendations for maximizing operational efficiency between WWE's International division and Lines of Business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects that inform the International division's approach to leveraging key drivers for each Line of Business (Television, Live Events, Consumer Products, Network, Digital) in order to optimize our go to market approach
• Define, implement, and track key interdepartmental processes to enable the International division to leverage key drivers for each Line of Business. Document best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability across our matrix environment
• Analyze internal (e.g., past performance, brand engagement, marketing spend, etc.) and external (e.g., economic conditions, foreign exchange rates, etc.) factors to recommend tactical measures that ensure on-target performance across Lines of Business
• Deploy and manage operational KPI's and processes to track performance of key initiatives, Lines of Business, and International regions. Capture and evangelize cross-regional learning and best practices
• Assume ownership of and drive enhancements to the International team's knowledge management capabilities – establish yourself as the 'single source of truth' for critical reporting and research capabilities across all lines of business
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports to support Executive decision making
• Effectively build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional Line of Business resources, and regional General Managers across multiple geographies
Qualifications
• Proven track record of identifying the key drivers of a business and leading analyses that produce actionable insights on how to optimize operations to drive maximum return
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability with exceptional, crisp, persuasive oral and written communication skills driven by solid business logic
• Strong planning and organizational skills – ability to effectively deal with competing priorities, and work in a high-paced environment
• Ability to both support and lead given the needs of an individual project – ability and willingness to roll-up the sleeves and 'own the model', or direct development as appropriate, always with a focus on identifying key implications for the business
• Outstanding ability to build consensus around direction and effectively lead discussions toward resolution
• Strong experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives, as well as the ability to work with senior leaders – ability to quickly establish oneself as credible with Executive Management
• Self-motivated, able to independently structure and lead complex analyses, and possess a positive can-do attitude
• Diplomatic, with excellent communication skills and ability to adjust approach according to audience
• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) and 8-10 years of experience in operations management, strategy / planning, analysis, and/or business development.
• Experience with a top consulting firm (operational, organizational design, strategy) a plus
• This position will require international travel
