Full Time Job
Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize, write, produce, and provide creative and/or production direction for WWE television content
• Deliver pre-tapes and off-site vignettes in a timely fashion and of the highest quality (performance, direction, lighting, etc.) while adhering to current storylines, talent personas, and compelling story development
• Conceptualize and pitch captivating off-site elements that take us outside our usual backstage environments
• Review locations with crew and talent (or stand-ins), be aware of audio issues in an arena environment, and assign schedules for Pre-Taped shoots
• Ensure that the team incorporates all elements of the pre-tape checklist, and approve pre-tapes when/where applicable (RAW, SD, Special Event/PPV)
• Review and track pre-tapes in weekly shot sheet, and deliver weekly pre-tape post-mortems to Vice Presidents of Creative Writing
• Brainstorm and conceptualize both independently and with the team (in the Writers' room and in production meetings)
• Takes initiative and anticipates the needs of the Head Writers and Vice Presidents
• Oversee conceptualization and execution of off-site vignettes
Qualifications:
• 8 years of Live and Taped Television Field Producing experience
• Willing and able to work flexible hours and travel extensively (approximately 80%), including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work effectively in a Live-TV environment with short time constraints
• Experience in a post-production environment, working with Graphic Artists, Audio Engineers, and Online/TV Editors
• Experience managing and directing vignettes and video/film shoots
• Strong background in promo writing, production, and editing
• Current/recent WWE product knowledge strongly preferred
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong time management skills
• Able to execute projects under tight deadlines
• Ad agency and presentation experience a plus
• Must be a team-player
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Bachelor degree preferred
