Full Time Job
The Associate Broadcast Engineer will have involvement in all aspects of supporting production, and maintenance of a wide variety of broadcast equipment.
We are seeking highly motivated, adaptable, team player that thrive under pressure, and can quickly adapt to new and ever changing production needs.
This position requires being available to work off hours including overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be a key member of the engineering team supporting day to day production of WWE content
• Support and maintain Broadcast Facility including corrective and scheduled preventative maintenance for all broadcast equipment.
• Provide support for broadcast systems including but not limited to Evertz EQX, Multi Image, terminal gear, Euphonix audio boards, Grass Valley switchers, EVS, and Ross Virtual Studio.
• Hands on implementation of new projects including equipment rack and stack and cabling
• Create SOP documents for new workflows.
• Maintain technical records of systems, software and infrastructure
Qualifications:
• 2 plus years of working experience in a Broadcast facility
• College Degree Preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux
• Enthusiastic about troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and figuring out how things work
• Excellent technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and TV engineering drawing standards a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work independently, yet strong collaboration skills are required
• Must be able to prioritize and be a pro-active thinker
• Willing to work flexible hours (we support a 365, 24/7 business)
