Overview:
WWE Studios produces a diverse slate of feature films for theatrical release, home entertainment and digital platforms through distribution partnerships with global entertainment companies. This Administrative Assistant role will be heavily involved in the day to day of the production and business sides of its operations and will be expected to be a key contributor at a small and fast-paced film studio.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the WWE Studios team, handling phones, visitors, emails, calendar, travel, and day-to-day office management
• Manage and facilitate the flow of information
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, and manage a variety of projects on a daily basis
• Work with sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
• Support both production (e.g. Film, TV, Animation) and corporate business (e.g. Live Events, Talent, CPG) related issues
• Attend meetings and screenings as a representative if necessary
• Provide support for WWE Studios booth/suite at WWE Live Events as required
• Keep current with film industry news as well as with WWE shows, talent, storylines and other initiatives
Qualifications:
• Previous administrative experience supporting executives
• Previous entertainment industry experience and/or education a plus
• Can-do, flexible attitude with a good level of business and common sense required
• Experience writing script coverage – sometimes 10 scripts a week
• Strong ability to multi-task and juggle multiple things
• Able to remain calm and poised in an extremely fast paced, dynamic, high pressure environment
• Ability to assess tasks and prioritize accordingly
• Excellent communications (both written and verbal), organizational, project management, trouble-shooting, problem solving, and interpersonal skills a must
• Very strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Agency or production company experience preferred
• Able to work flexible hours as needed and 24/7 on-call availability as required
• Bachelor degree required
