WWE, a recognized leader in global entertainment, has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our team of professionals at the WWE Office in New York City.
WWE programming is broadcast in more than 145 countries and 30 languages and reaches more than 500 million homes worldwide. The company has offices in Stamford, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, London, Mumbai, Shanghai, Singapore, Istanbul and Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
* Report to and work closely with the National Sales Director
* Responsibility for maximizing revenue and sales opportunities based on digital initiatives
* Prospect leads, cold call and build relationships;
* Identify and access decision makers
* Maintain a consultative sales approach with a strong closing dimension
* Have a strong and enabling attention to detail
* Be both strategic and tactical
* Effectively utilize internet and sales databases
* Be responsible for a major region of the country
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced, talented and dynamic sales e account executive with a wide range of industry contacts, a strong background in digital advertising and a proven ability to generate sales
* Three to five years internet sales experience with a minimum of eight years of total sales experience
* Must possess a solid contact list
* In depth knowledge of the Media Industry
* Outgoing, energetic self-starter with a passion for working with clients and identifying opportunities
* Ability to work in a team environment while still contributing individually
* Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Proven track record of reaching target revenue goals
* Bachelor’s Degree
