WWE is seeking an Account Manager to support the Partnership Marketing function at the WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Partnership Marketing and will be responsible for managing all activation responsibilities for current and future WWE sponsors.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day to day activity for all client needs, ensure that all contractual obligations are met
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are communicated and fulfilled
• Create internal, as well as external, tracking reports, post event wrap up documents, and regular tracking grids / reports
• Manage sponsor on site activity at WWE events as appropriate / necessary
• Work with Sales, Partner Marketing and other key stakeholders to maintain accurate representation of available inventory and needs, and / or possible sponsorship opportunities
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 5 - 6 years of related experience, preferably from a promotions/sports marketing agency
• Excellent communication skills to include internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States up to three (3) times a month
• Ability to work nights/weekends when necessary
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor degree
