Overview
-Apply accounting policies and principles to properly record, report, and maintain financial data
-Responsibile for monthly account reconciliations of corporate accounts
-Preparation and entry of monthly journal entries for transactions including but not limited to accruals, payroll, intangibles amortization, -prepaids, debt, and notes receivable
Responsibilities
-Assist with overall monthly close process
-Preparation of financial reporting documents that are needed monthly, quarterly or yearly for the Company
-Assist with annual audit by preparing financial information and supporting schedules
-Perform account analysis including budget to actual variance and fluctuation analysis
-Assist with research and documentation of technical accounting matters
-Communicate internally and externally to obtain necessary information and provide necessary feedback for financial reporting purposes
-Assist with process improvement and policies and procedures update documentation
-Assist with special assignments and prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
Qualifications
-BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance is required
-Minimum 2 years of total experience in public accounting including a CPA or CPA in process
-Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and applications of accounting principles
-Excellent Microsoft Excell Skills
-SAP Business byDesign desirable
-Must have a strong initiative and be a self-motivated individual
-A team player with a positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, and excellent written and communication skills
-Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-Adaptability to Changing Marketplace
