Overview:
The Production Services Coordinator position plays a key function in the completion of essential day to day On-Air Material related activities and Artwork production while being exposed to all operational functions required to run the largest digital media services company in North America. This role is responsible for all On-Air Material asset management, from receipt of materials to their distribution to both our external and internal customers. In addition to On-Air support, this role is responsible for providing Artwork support including sourcing, resizing, packaging, and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Major Activities to ensure achievement of key results and deliverables:
•Trafficking and logging all digital and physical media that is received
•Coordinating with our Content Acquisitions team regarding materials that have been ordered, and follow-up on late deliveries
•Stage and manage the delivery of required media to the Editor, based on the production schedule and point of urgency
•Stage and manage the delivery of finished materials to both external and internal customers
•Create and manage logs for materials that are distributed
•Barker support and programming
•Artwork sourcing, resizing, packaging, and delivery
•Updating affiliate website materials
•QC content that is received and distributed
•Act as a liaison between movie studios and using studio websites to pull content and other relevant product information
•Answer calls, emails, and interact with Affiliates, Content Providers, and intra-Company customers as needed
•Perform additional tasks as assigned by department head
Additional Responsibilities:
•General Marketing Support including administrative functions, brainstorming, creative solutions, and cross training for backup support
•Assist with planning and execution of special projects within the assigned department and across multiple departments
•Create timelines and support timely roll-outs of new customers, processes, and projects
•Participate in internal and external business meetings and conference calls
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
•Bachelor degree preferred
•Previous work experience in a similar industry is preferred
•Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Outlook)
•Photoshop knowledge a plus
•Interest in production
•Knowledge of editing and editing software (i.e. AVID, Final Cut) is a plus.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Good proofreading skills
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
