Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager is the in-house expert on the strategy, execution, creative and analysis of most digital marketing efforts. A successful candidate will possess a creative mindset with a strategic approach to digital media and other methods of digital acquisition and retention, along with strong measurement and analytical skills. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this position works closely with all members of the Marketing team as well as stakeholders from across the company.
Responsibilities:
-Develop marketing strategies and execute digital marketing creative and planning for new products and services as well as corporate branding.
-Develop and execute customer acquisition strategy to attract new customers and increase loyalty of existing customers.
-Plan and manage paid search, display/retargeting ads, and SEO to achieve financial targets and support email marketing efforts.
-Create and maintain content for corporate website as well as drive continuous improvements to drive customer acquisition and reinforce corporate branding; monitor site metrics while performing deep dive analytics to understand opportunities to improve KPI performance; perform formal A/B testing to identify and execute site optimization to increase sales; summarize findings and develop appropriate actions plans.
-Work with other members of the marketing team to execute social media strategy to maximize corporate and acquisition goals.
-Identify trends within data and translate information into actionable strategies that will guide marketing planning.
-Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams.
-Conduct competitive analyses, staying abreast of industry best practices and integrating learnings into the overall digital marketing strategy.
-Track and analyze competitive and industry digital products and marketing.
-Identify, implement and manage the integration of digital best practices.
-Prepare documents for internal and external meetings.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required
-Minimum 4 years experience in the digital marketing space
-Success with creating conversion-focused digital marketing programs
-Experience managing SEM, SEO, affiliates, display and email marketing
-Experience communicating and aligning in a complex environment across multiple constituencies a plus
-Excellent project management skills a must
-Proficient in Microsoft programs e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
-Excellent Web Analytics skills e.g. Google Analytics
-Experience with WordPress
-Savvy and comfortable managing and interpreting data and evolving this into concise, highly persuasive actionable information
-Ability to write copy strongly preferred
