Are you a producer, UPM, or PA who knows everything about production? The work flow process, equipment, budgets, etc -
Looking to hire someone ASAP who has a background on set, who knows equipment, who knows how the production process works, who has vendor relationships, and someone who is not afraid to make calls and get things going. A self-starter, go-getter.
Please do research on our website, familiarize yourself with who we are and what we do.
The applicant will be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Manage and coordinate the back office request for quotes on ALL below-the-line production needs
• Act as a liaison between the producer and vendors - You will be responsible for calling these vendors and receiving quotes to give back to the producers in a timely fashion
• Making phone calls to vendors and producers
• Signing on Vendors to become part of the VN Community (This may include traveling to their offices for in-office demos and lots of phone calls and emails)
• Initiate and develop a strong relationship with production companies / vendors
• Determine customers' needs, act on them, and produce results
• Give demonstrations on how the online tool works during scheduled demos with producers.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
*Must be a self-starter and motivationally driven. Perfect candidate will be someone who understand the below-the-line process and has NO hang ups on making cold calls, and communicating over the phone... This isn't for anyone shy, or scared to pick up the phone. Must be high energy and ready and wanting to succeed.
