We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, customer service oriented assistant to support the Director of Human Resources; Must have a clear understanding of HR's role in the organization and possess a strong attention to detail, specifically in data input and processes and manage multiple priorities with a sense of ownership and urgency. Candidate must also be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, handle sensitive subjects and work autonomously.
This role is ideal for a newer and aspiring HR professional interested in receiving on-the-job coaching and mentoring in the various HR disciplines. Position is full time at our location in Burbank CA and includes benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, vacation, sick and holiday pay.
Areas of Responsibility
•Prepare New Hire & Exit Packets
•Create Badges
•IT notification
•Run Background checks and follow up
•Prepare offer letters
•Input new hires
•Input employee changes
•Complete I-9s
•Audit all employee files, sort terms
•Digitize employee files into Ascentis
•Update HRIS EE Dashboard
•Coordinate employee events
•New Hires to complete paperwork
•Assist Admin employees and serve as an alternate in other areas.
•Other tasks as assigned
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of HR administrative experience. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
