This is a Full Time Job
This position is the conduit between sales, accounting and servicing. Duties include assisting with the drafting of licensing agreements, collections, updating and maintaining database with the details of licenses, updating program availabilites, assisting Director of Accounting with producer reporting and filing. The job requires accuracy, attention to detail, good communication with our clients and/or vendors via email and phone.
Skills required:
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Filemaker type database. Good English grammar and writing skills are necessary. We will test during interview. An understanding of the entertainment industry, television and video license agreements, rights management, and delivery elements is a PLUS.
